Integrity is something we have to fight for and choose daily. This is because we continuously face pressures that are trying to force us to compromise our integrity. If we are not diligent, the weight of those pressures will drive us to make excuses to justify poor choices. The unfortunate reality is that whatever we compromise to get, we will have to continue to compromise to keep. The good news is we have the power to choose integrity in every situation. When we purposefully choose to operate in integrity, everything gained will be enjoyed with a clear conscience.

I remember distinctly saying at the beginning of the New Year that I was going to be ‘drama free’. I’d had enough and was willing to do whatever it took to have peace. That was my turning point.
